After starting the design process with another construction company who was not working with their budget in mind, the clients contacted us for a fresh start. Working quickly to recover precious time lost, our design team was able to create a design plan in line with the client’s vision and their budget.
The original plan to transform the basement to a rent rooms. We were there to help the client realize the importance of creating a legal basement suit to serve their plans correctly. Keeping the existing design, the team went back to work to create a plan to build a brand new efficient layout that allowed a required separate entrance and egress windows to meet all safety and building codes. and . This ultimately allowed us to make the multi-level living space safe and properly constructed. Our design worked closely during this project as they implemented many unique design requirements in creating a legal basement apartment. The finished product is a stunning display of craftsmanship and collaboration among the client and our design and production teams.
